Ingredients
-
Fresh shrimp (200 - 300 g)
-
Rice (2 - 3 bowls, preferably overnight rice)
-
Eggs (2)
-
Carrot (half, diced)
-
Peas (50 - 80 g)
-
Onion (half, chopped)
-
Shrimp marinade (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
Instructions
-
Remove the shell and devein of the fresh shrimp, wash and dry with kitchen paper. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add shrimp marinade and Tea powder bbq rubs, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and stir to make egg liquid. You can blanch the carrot cubes and peas until they are cooked.
-
Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, add chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the marinated shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color and serve. Pour some more olive oil and egg liquid, and stir quickly with a spatula after the egg liquid solidifies slightly. Then add the rice, stir-fry it, then add the carrot cubes, peas, and fried shrimp.
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, continue to stir-fry evenly, so that the rice and ingredients are fully integrated and each grain of rice is coated with flavor.
