Ingredients
-
Fresh shrimp (300 - 400 g)
-
Coarse salt (1 - 1.5 kg)
-
Chinese prickly ash (10 - 15 grains)
-
Star anise (2 - 3 pieces)
-
Shrimp marinade (can be made by yourself: such as a mixture of salt and black pepper to make rubs, appropriate amount)
Instructions
-
Wash the fresh shrimps, cut off the shrimp whiskers and shrimp legs, and dry them with kitchen paper. Put the shrimps in a bowl, add shrimp marinade, Tea powder bbq rubs, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-
Pour the coarse salt into the pot, add pepper and star anise, stir slowly over low heat, and stir until the salt turns slightly yellow.
-
Take an oven-safe container (such as a baking tray or casserole), first spread a layer of fried salt on the bottom, put the marinated shrimps on the salt, and then cover the shrimps completely with the remaining salt.
-
Put the container in an oven preheated to 200-220°C and bake for 15-20 minutes until the shrimps turn red and cooked.
-
Take the container out of the oven, use a small spoon or chopsticks to remove the shrimps from the salt, shake off the excess salt and serve.
