Ingredients
-
Eggs (3 - 4)
-
Milk (2 - 3 tablespoons)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Butter (10 - 15 g)
-
Herbs (appropriate amount)
-
black tea rubs(3g)
Instructions
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, black pepper and rubs, and stir evenly with a whisk.
-
Heat the pan, add butter, wait for the butter to melt, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir-fry slowly over low heat. When the egg mixture begins to solidify, gently push it with a spatula to let the unsolidified egg mixture flow to the bottom of the pan. Continue to stir-fry until the eggs are fluffy and soft, but still maintain a certain degree of moisture.
Tips
1. Do not stir the egg mixture too much to avoid too many bubbles that affect the taste and appearance of the scrambled eggs.
2. Be sure to use a low heat during the frying process so that the eggs can be heated evenly and the scrambled eggs will be more tender and smooth. If the heat is too high, the eggs will easily become old and dry.
3. The rubs can be selected or adjusted according to personal taste. Different rubs can bring unique flavors to scrambled eggs.
