Ingredients
-
Pork chops (about 1.5 - 2 cm thick, 2 - 3 pieces)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Pork chop marinade (appropriate amount)
-
Lemon (1 for decoration)
-
black tea rubs(3g)
Instructions
-
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and score several times on both sides, being careful not to cut them. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops evenly with salt, black tea rubs, black pepper, and pork chop marinade, drizzle with olive oil, massage the pork chops with your hands to make the seasoning adhere well, and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
-
Preheat the grill or baking pan. If using a grill, place the pork chops on the grill and grill over medium-high heat; if using a baking pan, brush a layer of olive oil on the baking pan and place the pork chops on it. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, turning over as needed, until the surface of the pork chops is beautifully golden and the inside is cooked through (a thermometer can be inserted into the center of the pork chops to reach a temperature of 70-75°C).
-
Serve the grilled pork chops on a plate and place a few slices of lemon on the side. When serving, you can squeeze lemon juice on it to add a fresh flavor.
