Ingredients
-
Chicken wings (8 - 10)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Chicken wing marinade (appropriate amount)
-
Light soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
-
Cooking wine (1 tablespoon)
-
Honey (1 - 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
-
Wash the chicken wings and make a few cuts on the surface so that the wings can absorb the seasoning better.
-
Put the chicken wings in a large bowl, add appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, black pepper, chicken wing marinade (rubs), Black tea seasoning, soy sauce and cooking wine, stir well, make sure each chicken wing is covered with seasoning, and marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C, put tin foil on the baking tray, and brush a layer of olive oil on the tin foil to prevent the chicken wings from sticking to the baking tray.
-
Put the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. During this period, you can turn the chicken wings over once to ensure that both sides are evenly baked.
-
In the last 5 - 10 minutes of baking, take out the baking tray, brush a layer of honey on the surface of the chicken wings, and then put it back in the oven to continue baking. This will make the surface of the chicken wings form a beautiful caramel color and the taste will be more crispy.
-
When the chicken wings are done baking, check the surface. When they turn golden brown and are cooked through, remove the baking tray. Let the wings cool down a bit, and you can enjoy the delicious baked chicken wings.
