Ingredients

  • Steak (1 piece, about 200 - 300 g)
  • Spaghetti (200 g)
  • Onion (0.5)
  • Garlic (2 - 3 cloves)
  • Tomato (1 - 2)
  • Broccoli (optional, appropriate amount)
  • Butter (15 - 20 g)
  • Olive oil (15 - 20 ml)
  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)
  • Salt (appropriate amount)
  • Light soy sauce (10 - 15 ml)
  • Cooking wine (10 - 15 ml)
  • Starch (5 - 8 g)
  • Tomato paste (30 - 50 g)
  • Cheese powder (optional, appropriate amount)
  • Black tea seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the steak, wipe it dry with a paper towel, sprinkle salt, black pepper and a small amount of olive oil evenly on both sides of the steak, massage gently, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. When marinating the steak, you can mix a small amount of soy sauce, cooking wine and starch to make a marinade, and apply it on the steak, which will make the steak more tender and juicy.

  3. Add enough water to the pot, boil it over high heat, add a little salt and a few drops of olive oil, and put in the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package, usually 8-12 minutes, until there is no hard core in the middle of the pasta.

  4. After cooking, remove the pasta, rinse it with cold water, drain the water and set aside. This will make the pasta more chewy and prevent sticking.

  5. Cut the onion into shreds, mince the garlic, peel the tomato and cut it into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into small florets, blanch it in boiling water, remove it and drain the water for later use.

  6. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of butter and olive oil, wait for the butter to melt, and put the marinated steak into the pot. Fry the steak over medium heat. Adjust the cooking time and heat according to your personal preference. Generally, fry each side for 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the desired doneness (such as rare, medium or medium rare) is achieved.

  7. Take out the fried steak, place it on a plate, cover it with tin foil, and let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes, so that the juice of the steak can be more evenly distributed in the meat.

  8. Leave a little oil in the pan, add minced garlic and shredded onion to sauté. Add tomato cubes and continue to stir-fry. After the juice comes out, add tomato sauce, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to season, stir-fry evenly, and cook until the sauce thickens.

  9. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well with the sauce so that each piece of pasta is coated with the sauce.

  10. Cut the fried steak into strips, place it on the pasta, and then add the blanched broccoli as a garnish. If you like, sprinkle some cheese powder and Black tea seasoning to increase the flavor.
