Pan - fried salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet (200 g)
  • Salt (3 - 5 g)
  • Lemon(15 - 20 ml)
  • Black pepper (2 - 3 g)
  • Olive oil (15 - 20 ml)
  • Black tea seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon roughly and dry it with paper towels. Sprinkle some sea salt on both sides and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the pan and add olive oil. Heat the oil and add the salmon. Fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown. Sprinkle some black pepper.

  3. Cut the lemon into small pieces and squeeze some lemon juice on the salmon before eating.
