  • Italian dumpling wrappers (or wonton wrappers) (15 - 20)
  • Onion (0.5)
  • Mushrooms (5 - 6)
  • Garlic (2 - 3 cloves)
  • Parmesan cheese (30 - 50 g, grated)
  • Egg (1)
  • Breadcrumbs (50 - 80 g)
  • Salt (3 - 5 g)
  • Black pepper (2 - 3 g)
  • Olive oil (15 - 20 ml)
  • Butter (10 - 15 g)
  • Chicken broth (or water) (50 - 80 ml)
  • Black tea seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, put it in a food processor and beat it into minced meat, or chop it into minced meat with a knife.

  2. Dice onions and mushrooms, and mince garlic.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add diced onions and sauté until soft and transparent, then add diced mushrooms and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Put the fried diced vegetables and minced chicken in a large bowl, add salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs, mix well to make the filling.

  5. Take a piece of Italian ravioli wrapper (or wonton wrapper), put an appropriate amount of filling in the middle, then fold the wrapper in half, pinch the edges, and use your fingers to dip a little water to seal the edge to help better adhesion. Wrap all the dumplings in the same way.

  6. Heat the pan, add butter, wait for the butter to melt, put the wrapped dumplings in the pan, and fry them over medium-low heat until the bottom is golden.

  7. Pour in chicken soup (or water), cover the pot, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and the water is basically evaporated.

  8. Open the lid, turn the dumplings over, and continue frying until the other side is golden and crispy.

  9. Finally, serve the fried dumplings. You can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese, black tea seasoning and black pepper as decoration according to your personal preference.
