Baby Cuttlefish in Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

 

  • Baby cuttlefish: 500g
  • bbq seasoning
  • Tea powder brisket rub
  • Herbs: such as basil, thyme, rosemary, etc., appropriate amount
  • Garlic: 3 - 4 cloves
  • Onion: 1
  • White wine: 100ml
  • Chicken broth: 200ml
  • Cream: 50ml
  • Olive oil: appropriate amount
  • Salt: appropriate amount
  • Black pepper: appropriate amount

 

Preparation of baby cuttlefish:

 

  • Wash the baby cuttlefish and remove the internal organs and the hard shell on the head.
  • Make several cuts on the surface of the baby cuttlefish to better absorb the flavor.

 

Cooking process:

 

  • Add olive oil to a hot pan, put in garlic and onion and stir - fry until fragrant.
