200g fresh mushrooms

All-purpose flour, as needed

Yogurt or salad dressing (for dipping)

Instructions:

Prep the mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Coat the mushrooms: Dredge the mushroom slices in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat evenly with bread crumbs.

Fry until crispy: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve: Mix your preferred dipping sauce (yogurt or salad dressing). Garnish the mushrooms with chopped scallions or parsley and enjoy with the dip!
