  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons satay sauce (available in Asian markets)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • Assorted hot pot ingredients (such as tofu, mushrooms, leafy greens, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, etc.)
  • Steamed rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:
