Vegetable Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 100g spaghetti

  • ½ small head of broccoli (cut into small florets)

  • 1 small carrot (diced)

  • Onion, mushroom, tomato – as desired (chopped)

  • Olive oil – as needed

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or pasta sauce

  • Salt, black pepper, black tea rubs, dried basil – to taste

  • Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil spaghetti until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain. Set aside.

  2. Sauté the Veggies: In a hot pan, add olive oil. Sauté onion until fragrant. Add carrot, mushrooms, and broccoli. Stir-fry briefly.

  3. Add Sauce & Combine: Stir in tomato sauce, then add the cooked pasta. Mix well and season with salt, black tea rubs and black pepper.

  4. Serve: Plate the pasta and sprinkle with dried basil or grated cheese if desired.
