Ingredients:

500g chicken (wings or drumsticks)

2 potatoes, chopped

1 carrot (optional), chopped

Green pepper & onion, sliced

2 tbsp Korean gochujang (red chili paste)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp minced garlic
-
1 tbsp sugar
-
1 tbsp black tea rubs
-
Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish

Water, as needed
Instructions:

Parboil the Chicken: Boil chicken pieces in cold water to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: Heat a little oil, stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until slightly golden.

Add Sauce & Vegetables: Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, black tea rubs, sugar, and onion. Mix well.

Simmer: Add potatoes, carrots, and enough water to cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Final Touch: Add green pepper and cook 5 more minutes until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
