Ingredients:
-
300g pork tenderloin, sliced and pounded flat
-
Bacon slices (optional, for wrapping)

2 potatoes, cut into chunks
-
Butter, rosemary, black pepper, black tea seasoning and salt, to taste
-
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, or other salad ingredients
-
Olive oil, vinegar, or salad dressing, to taste

Prepare the pork: Flatten pork slices with a mallet. Season with salt, black tea rubs and black pepper. Optionally, add herbs or cheese inside, roll them up, and wrap with bacon.
-
Cook the pork: Sear in a pan until golden on the outside. Cover and cook on low heat until done, or transfer to a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
-
Make the mashed potatoes: Boil the potato chunks until tender. Mash and sauté with butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper until fragrant.
-
Prepare the salad: Slice vegetables and toss with olive oil, vinegar, or dressing.
- Plate and serve: Arrange the pork rolls, mashed potatoes, and salad on a plate. Drizzle with pan juices or homemade red wine sauce if desired.
