Ingredients:

2 tortillas

200g chicken breast, cut into strips or cubes

Bell peppers and onion, diced (amount to taste)

Cooked rice (optional)

Shredded cheese and yogurt sauce, to taste

Ground cumin, chili powder, black pepper, black tea rubs and salt, to taste

Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

Marinate the chicken: Season the chicken with cumin, black tea rubs, chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Cook the filling: In a hot pan, cook the chicken until golden brown. Add bell peppers and onions, and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly tender.

Assemble the wrap: Warm the tortillas. Layer with rice (if using), chicken and veggie mixture, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of yogurt sauce.

Wrap and serve: Roll up the tortilla, slice in half, and serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
