Ingredients (Serves 2)
Chicken Skewers

Chicken thigh or chicken breast, 300g, cut into bite-size pieces

Bamboo skewers, 4–6

Shredded carrot, for garnish

Red bell pepper, julienned

Scallions / green onions, sliced
Marinade
-
Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
-
Fish sauce, 1 tbsp
-
Honey or sugar, 1 tsp
-
Black pepper, to taste

Garlic, minced, 1 tsp
Tangy Tea BBQ Lime Sauce

Lime juice (or lemon juice), 1½ tbsp

Sweet chili sauce, 1 tbsp
-
Fish sauce, 1 tsp
-
Sugar, a pinch
-
Chili flakes, optional
-
Tea BBQ seasoning, ½–1 tsp ⭐
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, black pepper, and garlic.
Mix well and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
2. Skewer & cook
Thread the marinated chicken onto bamboo skewers.
Cook in a skillet, grill pan, or oven over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
3. Make the Tea BBQ lime sauce
In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and Tea BBQ seasoning.
Taste and adjust for a balanced sweet–tangy–savory flavor.
4. Serve
Arrange the chicken skewers on a plate.
Drizzle lightly with the sauce and garnish with shredded carrots, red bell pepper, and scallions.
