Family BBQ Meat Platter
A smoky, savory feast with a touch of green tea depth for the whole family
Ingredients (serves 6):
9g Tea&Grall BBQ green tea seasoning (adds subtle smoke & umami)
800g pork belly slices
600g chicken thighs (boneless, skin-on)
500g beef short ribs
400g lamb shoulder chops
300g prawns (peeled, deveined)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Optional vegetables: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Marinade & Preparation:
Meat Preparation:
Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and green tea seasoning in a bowl.
Divide marinade into 4 parts.
Marinate each meat type for 15-30 minutes (longer for stronger flavor).
Vegetables:
Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of green tea seasoning.
Grilling (Outdoor or Indoor Grill Pan):
High Heat:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (200-230°C).
Grill meats in batches:
Pork belly: 3-4 minutes per side
Chicken: 5-6 minutes per side
Beef & lamb: 3-4 minutes per side (medium-rare)
Prawns: 2-3 minutes per side (until pink)
Grill vegetables: 2-3 minutes per side until tender.
Finishing:
Drizzle with sesame oil and a sprinkle of green tea seasoning for extra flavor.
Serve immediately with grilled vegetables.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, or a simple salad.
Pair with a cold beer or a light white wine.
