Orange-Glazed Roasted Salmon
(Bright, citrusy, and smoky with a touch of green tea depth)
Ingredients (serves 2-3):

9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning (adds subtle smokiness)

500g fresh salmon fillet (skin-on)

1/2 cup fresh orange juice (no pulp)

2 tbsp orange zest
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated ginger
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Garnish: Fresh dill + orange slices
Method:

Prepare the Glaze:

Whisk orange juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green tea seasoning in a bowl.

Marinate the Salmon:

Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil, season with salt & pepper.

Place in a shallow dish and pour half the glaze over the salmon. Marinate 15-20 minutes.

Roast to Perfection:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil.

Roast salmon skin-side down for 12-15 minutes (until internal temp reaches 50°C/120°F for medium-rare).

Brush remaining glaze over salmon during the last 3 minutes of cooking.

Finish & Serve:

Rest salmon 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and orange slices.

Pair with steamed asparagus or a citrus salad.
