  • 6 large sea scallops, shells cleaned and reserved

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Scallops:
    • Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the side muscle from each scallop and discard. Place the scallops in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
