Lobster and Okra Pan-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 whole lobster (about 1.5 kg), cleaned and cut into pieces

200g fresh okra, tips and tails trimmed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster:

Clean the lobster and cut it into pieces. Pat the pieces dry with paper towels.

Cook the Okra:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the okra and cook for about 2 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until fragrant.
