Sesame Fragrant Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 5g green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Optional: 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:
    • Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the tofu.
