Ingredients:

2 slices of sandwich bread (toast)

4–6 strips of bacon

2 slices of ham
-
2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or Gruyère)

2 eggs
-
A knob of butter
-
Salt & black pepper – to taste

black tea rubs – to taste

Chopped parsley or scallions – for garnish

Lettuce & cherry tomatoes – for side
Optional Drink – Strawberry Milkshake:

100g fresh strawberries

200ml milk
-
1 tbsp honey
-
Ice cubes – blend all together until smooth
Instructions:

Crisp the Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet over low heat until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Toast the Bread: In the same pan (use bacon fat or add butter), pan-fry both sides of the bread until golden.

Assemble & Bake: Layer ham, cheese, and bacon on the toast. Place in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt.

Cook the Eggs: In the skillet, fry 2 eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.

Finish & Serve: Stack the eggs on the toast, sprinkle with parsley, salt, black tea rubs, and pepper. Serve with fresh lettuce and cherry tomatoes on the side, plus a refreshing strawberry milkshake!
