Seafood Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
-
9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning
-
200g fresh fettuccine or linguine
-
200g mixed seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, and mussels), peeled and deveined (if necessary)
-
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
-
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1/2 cup white wine (optional, you can use chicken broth as a substitute)
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
-
1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes (optional, for color and flavor)
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pasta:
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fresh fettuccine or linguine according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the Seafood:
-
In a small bowl, toss the mixed seafood with 5g of the Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Set aside.
Sauté the Seafood:
-
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned seafood and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are golden brown. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
-
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
-
Add the finely chopped green onions and chopped cherry tomatoes (if using). Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
-
Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the liquid to reduce slightly.
Combine and Stir-fry:
-
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss the pasta with the sauce until it is well coated.
-
Return the seafood to the skillet. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Finish and Serve:
-
Sprinkle the remaining 4g of Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning over the pasta. Toss gently to distribute the seasoning evenly.
-
Transfer the seafood pasta to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
-
Serve immediately, enjoying the tender, flavorful seafood pasta with the unique flavor of green tea seasoning.
Enjoy your delicious Seafood Pasta!
