Creamy Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 250 g chicken breast (cut into chunks)

  • ½ orange (juiced, a few slices reserved for garnish)

  • 100 ml heavy cream

  • 15 g butter

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp black tea rubs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken
    Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and marinate with a little salt, black tea rubs and black pepper for 10 minutes.

  2. Sear the Chicken
    Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on the outside.

  3. Make the Sauce
    Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the orange juice and heavy cream, then simmer gently until slightly thickened.

  4. Combine
    Return the chicken to the pan and stir until the pieces are well coated with the creamy orange sauce.

  5. Finish & Serve
    Plate the chicken, garnish with fresh orange slices and mint leaves, and sprinkle with a touch of black pepper before serving.
