Ingredients:

250 g chicken breast (cut into chunks)

½ orange (juiced, a few slices reserved for garnish)

100 ml heavy cream

15 g butter

1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black tea rubs

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and marinate with a little salt, black tea rubs and black pepper for 10 minutes. -
Sear the Chicken
Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on the outside. -
Make the Sauce
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the orange juice and heavy cream, then simmer gently until slightly thickened. -
Combine
Return the chicken to the pan and stir until the pieces are well coated with the creamy orange sauce. -
Finish & Serve
Plate the chicken, garnish with fresh orange slices and mint leaves, and sprinkle with a touch of black pepper before serving.
