Ingredients:

300 g beef chunks

1 potato (diced)

1 carrot (chopped)

½ zucchini (chopped)

½ onion (chopped)

A handful of celery or fresh cilantro (for garnish)

2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp black tea rubs

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, as needed
Instructions:

Prepare the Beef
Cut the beef into chunks and marinate with a little salt, black tea rubs and black pepper for 10 minutes. -
Sear the Beef
Heat olive oil in a pot and sear the beef until golden brown on the outside. -
Add Vegetables
Stir in onion, carrot, potato, and zucchini. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. -
Season & Simmer
Add tomato paste, then pour in enough water or beef broth to cover the ingredients. -
Slow Cook
Simmer gently over low heat for 30–40 minutes, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are flavorful. -
Finish & Serve
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Garnish with chopped cilantro or celery before serving.
