Tortellini alla Panna e Prosciutto

Ingredients:

  • 200g cheese tortellini

  • 50g ham (diced)

  • 100ml heavy cream

  • 10g butter

  • Salt, black tea seasoning and black pepper – to taste

  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

  • Chopped parsley – for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Tortellini: Bring salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Ham: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced ham and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer on low to medium heat until slightly thickened. Season with salt, black tea seasoning and black pepper.

  4. Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss gently. Cook for 1–2 minutes until well coated.

  5. Serve: Plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
