Ingredients:

200g cheese tortellini

50g ham (diced)

100ml heavy cream

10g butter

Salt, black tea seasoning and black pepper – to taste

Grated Parmesan (optional)

Chopped parsley – for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Tortellini: Bring salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Ham: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced ham and sauté until fragrant.

Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer on low to medium heat until slightly thickened. Season with salt, black tea seasoning and black pepper.

Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss gently. Cook for 1–2 minutes until well coated.

Serve: Plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
