Italian Spiral Pasta

Ingredients

  • Fusilli pasta: 200 - 300 g

  • Chicken: 150 - 200 g

  • Tomatoes: 2 - 3

  • Asparagus: 100 - 150 g

  • Black olives: 10 - 15

  • Garlic: 2 - 3 cloves

  • Olive oil: 20 - 30 ml

  • Salt: 3 - 4 g

  • Black pepper: 2 - 3 g

  • Dried herbs (such as basil, oregano): 1 - 2 g

  • Parmesan cheese (optional): an appropriate amount

  • Tea seasoning: 3- 5g

Instructions

1. Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces; wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces; wash the asparagus and cut it into sections; slice the black olives; mince the garlic.

2. Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt, add the spiral pasta, cook according to the time on the package, and drain.

3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the minced garlic.

4. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color.

5. Add the tomato pieces, asparagus sections and black olive slices and continue to stir-fry.

6. Add salt, black pepper and dried herbs and stir well.

7. Add the cooked spiral pasta and stir well to allow the pasta to fully absorb the flavor of the sauce.

8. Serve the fried pasta on a plate. If you like, you can sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it to enhance the flavor.
