Grill over medium-high heat, turning the meat and vegetables from time to time to ensure even cooking. Grill the meat for about 15 - 20 minutes and the vegetables for about 20 - 25 minutes, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables have charred spots on the surface.
-
Place the grilled meat and vegetables on the flatbread and garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh cilantro.
Tips
-
The longer you marinate the skewers, the stronger the flavor.
-
When grilling, pay attention to the heat to avoid burning the skewers and vegetables.
-
You can adjust the seasoning of the marinated skewers according to your personal taste.
