Ingredients

Lobster (1 - 2, each about 500 - 600 g)

Cream (150 - 200 ml)

Cheese (Mozzarella cheese or mixed cheese, 100 - 150 g)

Onion (1, about 100 - 150 g, chopped)

Garlic (3 - 4 cloves, about 10 - 15 g, minced)

White wine (50 - 100 ml)

Salt (3 - 5 g, adjust according to personal taste)

Black pepper (2 - 3 g, adjust according to personal taste)

Butter (30 - 40 g)
Instructions

Clean the lobster, cut it in half, and remove the internal organs and gills.

Add butter to a frying pan, melt it, add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add lobster and fry until the surface turns red.

Pour in white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.

Add cream and cheese and cook until thickened.

Season with salt, black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper.

Place lobster in a baking dish and pour cream cheese sauce on it.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ until the surface is golden brown.
