Steak (1 - 2 pieces, about 200 - 300 grams)

Instructions

Wash the steak and dry it with paper towels. Sprinkle salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper on both sides of the steak, then apply steak rubs and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes. Wash the oranges and cut into thin slices.

Sprinkle the bell peppers with appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and olive oil and mix well. Put the bell peppers in the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning them once during the process, until the surface of the bell peppers is slightly charred.
