Bell pepper stuffed with meat

Ingredients

  • Bell pepper (4 - 5)

  • Pork (200 - 300 g, preferably with fat and lean parts)

  • Onion (1)

  • choppedGarlic (2 - 3 cloves)

  • mincedTomato (1)

  • peeled and choppedSalt (appropriate amount)

  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)

  • Olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Meat marinade (can be made by yourself: salt, black pepper, cumin powder, a small amount of light soy sauce to make rubs, appropriate amount)

  • Cheese (optional, appropriate amount)

  • Black tea powder BBQ rubs(3g)

     

Instructions

  1. Wash the bell peppers, cut them from the top, remove the seeds and the inner white fascia, and set aside.

  2. Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel, and mince it. Put it in a bowl, add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, Black tea powder BBQ rubs, black pepper and meat marinade, and mix well. You can add a small amount of water to make the minced meat easier to mix, and stir until the minced meat is firm.

  3. Stuff the prepared minced meat into the processed bell peppers, press it with a spoon, and fill the bell peppers until they are 80% full. If you like cheese, you can put some cheese on the minced meat.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Brush a baking tray with olive oil and place the bell peppers with the minced meat on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the bell peppers are slightly wrinkled and the minced meat is cooked (if you have cheese, bake until the cheese is melted and the surface is golden).

  5. You can also choose to fry it in a frying pan. Pour a proper amount of olive oil into the pan, heat over medium heat, add the bell peppers stuffed with meat, and fry until the bell peppers are slightly charred on all sides. Stir from time to time to ensure even heating and the meat is cooked through.
