Ingredients
-
Pork ribs (500 - 600 g)
-
Garlic (3 - 4 cloves, minced)
-
Onion (half, chopped)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Pork rib marinade (can be made by yourself: such as brown sugar, paprika, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder mixed to make rubs, appropriate amount)
-
Honey (2 - 3 tablespoons)
-
black tea rubs(3g)
Instructions
-
Wash the pork ribs with clean water and dry them with kitchen paper. Make a few cuts on both sides of the pork ribs, being careful not to cut them. Put the pork ribs in a large bowl, add minced garlic, chopped onion, black tea seasoning, salt, black pepper and pork rib marinade (rubs), then pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, apply the seasoning evenly on the pork ribs with your hands, massage for a while, so that the pork ribs can fully absorb the flavor of the seasoning, and marinate for 2-3 hours, or marinate overnight in the refrigerator, so that it is more flavorful.
-
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Line a baking tray with tin foil, brush a layer of honey on the marinated pork ribs, place the pork ribs on the baking tray, and bake in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, then remove the baking tray, turn the pork ribs over, brush them with honey, and continue baking for 30-40 minutes until the surface of the pork ribs is beautifully caramelized and the meat is tender and can be easily pierced with a chopstick.
-
If you like the smoky flavor, you can use a smoking device during the baking process or add some soaked wood chips to the baking tray to add a unique flavor to the pork ribs. After baking, you can put the pork ribs on the grill to dry slightly, which will make the skin more crispy.
