Ingredients:

200 g spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice)

6-8 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves (sliced)

100 g cherry tomatoes (or diced tomatoes)

30 ml white wine (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

A pinch of grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside. -
Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. -
Make the Sauce
Add the cherry tomatoes and white wine (if using) to the skillet. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. -
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. -
Serve
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
