500 g beef or lamb chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks

3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt, black tea rubs and black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions

Marinate the meat: In a bowl, combine the meat chunks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black tea rubs and black pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Assemble the skewers: Thread the meat and bell pepper pieces alternately onto bamboo skewers.

Grill or roast: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the skewers on a rack and roast for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and squeeze over the skewers for extra flavor before serving.
