Ingredients:

2 zucchinis, sliced into thick rounds

Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), as needed

A pinch of garlic powder or minced garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley or scallions (optional, for garnish)

1 teaspoon black tea rubs
Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 200°C (about 400°F).

Prepare the zucchini: Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking tray. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, black tea rubs and garlic powder.

Add cheese: Top each zucchini slice with a generous amount of shredded cheese.

Bake: Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve warm!
