Rosemary and Yam Recipe
Ingredients:

5g green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)

2 yams, scrubbed and sliced ¼" thick

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Salt, to taste

Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:

Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to add a unique flavor to the yams.

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
