80 g smoked salmon slices

A few fresh spinach or lettuce leaves

2 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese
Instructions:

Make the Rösti
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix with egg, flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add a portion of the mixture, press into a small round patty, and pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides. -
Prepare the Filling
Use the potato rösti as the “bread” and layer with smoked salmon and spinach leaves. -
Add the Sauce
Serve with sour cream or cream cheese on the side. Spread as desired for extra flavor.

For extra crispiness, add a little grated cheese to the potato mixture.
