Ingredients:

  • 300 g pork tenderloin

  • Green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion — as needed (cut into chunks)

  • 1 egg

  • Cornstarch, as needed

  • Cooking oil, as needed

For the Sweet and Sour Sauce (adjust to taste):

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pork
Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with a little salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 10 minutes. Coat with beaten egg and cornstarch.

  2. Deep-Fry the Pork
Heat oil in a wok. Fry the pork pieces until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same wok, stir-fry green pepper, red pepper, and onion quickly over high heat until slightly tender but still crisp.

  4. Make the Sweet and Sour Sauce
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Pour into the wok and cook until the sauce thickens.

  5. Combine and Finish
Add fried pork and vegetables into the sauce. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until everything is evenly coated.

  6. Serve
Dish out and enjoy while hot — glossy, tangy, and perfectly sweet.
