3 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
-
Prepare the Pork
Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with a little salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 10 minutes. Coat with beaten egg and cornstarch. -
Deep-Fry the Pork
Heat oil in a wok. Fry the pork pieces until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. -
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same wok, stir-fry green pepper, red pepper, and onion quickly over high heat until slightly tender but still crisp. -
Make the Sweet and Sour Sauce
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Pour into the wok and cook until the sauce thickens. -
Combine and Finish
Add fried pork and vegetables into the sauce. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until everything is evenly coated. -
Serve
Dish out and enjoy while hot — glossy, tangy, and perfectly sweet.
