Lobster and Shrimp Platter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6g green tea bbq seasonings
- 1 whole lobster (about 1.5 pounds), cooked and split
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup seafood stock
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp:
