2024-10-31

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (8 - 10, can be adjusted according to personal appetite)
  • Ginger (3 - 4 slices)
  • Garlic (3 - 4 cloves, minced)
  • Scallion (2 - 3, cut into sections)
  • Salt (appropriate amount)
  • Light soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Cooking wine (1 tablespoon)
  • Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)
  • Sugar (0.5 tablespoon)
  • Cooking oil (appropriate amount)
  • Green tea seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken wings and make a few cuts on both sides of the wings, so that the wings can be better flavored during the marinating process.

  2. Put the processed chicken wings in a large bowl, add ginger slices, minced garlic, and scallions.

  3. Then add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, black pepper, and white sugar, and mix the seasoning and chicken wings thoroughly by hand to ensure that each chicken wing is evenly coated with the seasoning.

  4. Cover the marinated chicken wings with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to allow the chicken wings to fully absorb the flavor of the seasoning. The longer the marinating time, the more flavorful the chicken wings.

  5. Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, put the marinated chicken wings into the pan after the oil is hot, and fry slowly over medium and low heat.

  6. Turn the chicken wings from time to time during the frying process to ensure that both sides of the chicken wings are heated evenly, and fry until both sides of the chicken wings are golden and cooked. This process takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken wings and the firepower.

  7. If you like the chicken wings to be crispier, you can extend the frying time, but pay attention to the heat to avoid burning the chicken wings.

  8. Take out the fried chicken wings, drain the oil, and serve. You can sprinkle some chopped green onions, green tea seasoning or sesame seeds as decoration according to your personal preference to increase the appearance of the dish.
