English Mashed Potato Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning
  • 500g potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes:
  • Place the quartered potatoes in a large pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes by about 2 inches. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
