  • 200g fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Blueberry Sauce:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens into a sauce, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
