Specialities include inventive Korean and fusion dishes such as truffle and parmesan dumplings drenched in a deliciously light broth, Burrata cheese and kimchi with tomato and cilantro, cabbage rolls filled with kimchi fried rice, and grilled octopus with romesco sauce and goji berries. There's also a special duck risotto with plum sauce, and their signature galbi - marinated and then grilled - is by far the best beef ribeye ever tasted.
