Instructions:

Prepare the Black Tea:

  • Brew the black tea powder in 1 cup of hot water. Allow the tea to steep for 3-4 minutes, then remove the tea leaves or strain the liquid to ensure a smooth mixture. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and the brewed black tea. Whisk until well combined.
