Coating
1. Coat the marinated chicken breast with flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs in turn.
2. Make sure each piece of chicken breast is evenly coated with bread crumbs.
Frying
1. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into a pan and heat to 170-180°C.
2. Put the breaded chicken breast into the oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken breast.
3. After frying, use kitchen towels to absorb excess oil.
Add cheese
1. Place the fried chicken breasts on a baking sheet, top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200°C until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
Prepare vegetables
1. Wash the vegetables, blanch them and drain. You can add a small amount of salt, tea seasoning and black pepper to the vegetables according to your personal taste.
Plate
1. Spread the vegetables on the bottom of the plate and top with the cheese fried chicken.

Tips
-
When frying chicken breast, do not use too high an oil temperature to avoid the outside being burnt while the inside is not cooked.
-
You can add some other seasonings such as chili powder or garlic powder when marinating the chicken breast according to your personal taste.
