Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons black tea rubs (a mixture of black tea leaves, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper)
  • 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Tea Rub:

  • Combine the black tea rubs ingredients in a small bowl.

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Baguette:

  • Spread the minced garlic evenly on the cut sides of the baguette. Sprinkle the tea rub mixture over the garlic layer.

Add the Cheese:

  • Layer the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tea rub.

Season and Bake:

  • Sprinkle the chopped basil and parsley over the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the Baguette:

  • Place the baguette on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
