Sweet Potato Cheese Tower

Sweet potatoes (2, about 300 g)

Cream cheese (100 g)

Granulated sugar (30 g)

Egg (1)

Milk (50 ml)

Tart shells (6)

Mozzarella cheese (an appropriate amount)
Instructions

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and steam them in a steamer.

Use a spoon to mash the steamed sweet potatoes.

Add cream cheese, fine sugar, eggs, and milk to the sweet potato puree and mix well to make the sweet potato cheese filling.

Put the egg tart crust in a baking tray and use a spoon to fill the sweet potato cheese filling into the egg tart crust, filling each egg tart crust with about 2/3 of the filling.

Sprinkle appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese on the sweet potato cheese filling.

Put the baking tray in an oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for about 20 minutes until the mozzarella cheese is melted and golden.

Remove the baking tray and let the sweet potato cheese tart cool slightly before serving.
