Ingredients
-
Chocolate (either dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate): 150 - 200 g
-
Crispy rice (such as common breakfast crispy rice flakes): 80 - 100 g
-
Butter: 30 - 40 g
-
Honey: 20 - 30 g
-
Peanut butter (optional, to enhance the flavor): 30 - 40 g
-
Colored sugar beads (optional, for decoration): an appropriate amount
Instructions
-
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatable bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water (be careful not to let the water touch the bottom of the bowl) and heat over water, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted.
-
Add butter, honey, black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and peanut butter (if using) to the melted chocolate and stir well to combine them.
-
Then add the crispy rice to the chocolate mixture and stir gently to coat each grain of crispy rice with the chocolate mixture.
-
Take an appropriate amount of the chocolate crispy rice mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, you can first wet your hands.
-
If you have prepared colored sugar beads, you can roll the rolled crispy rice balls in the sugar beads to make the surface covered with sugar beads to increase the appearance.
-
Place the prepared chocolate crispy rice balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes until the chocolate crispy rice balls are completely set.
