The turkey is undoubtedly the focal point of the traditional Thanksgiving meal, but this year, why not let the ribs take centre stage at the table as well? These Tea BBQ Thanksgiving Ribs take the traditional flavour of ribs to a whole new level, thanks to our exclusive blend of black tea BBQ seasoning. The rich aroma of smoky tea blended with warm spices gives the ribs an even deeper and richer flavour, making this dish an unmissable addition to the Thanksgiving table.

Not only are these ribs visually appetising, the aromatic black tea flavours and strong BBQ grilled aroma evoke a craving for more. One bite reveals a crispy outer layer, tender meat, and tea and smoky flavours intertwined on the tongue for an unexpected and delicious treat.

Why Tea BBQ Ribs?

1. The perfect blend of black tea and smoky aroma: Our Tea BBQ seasoning is based on black tea with trace amounts of spices and smoky elements that complement the meaty flavour of the ribs. The smoky tea brings a unique sense of depth that enhances the layers of meat and makes the ribs richer and juicier.

2. A sense of silky tea: The use of tea BBQ seasoning not only adds to the smoky flavour of the ribs, but also brings a hint of tea, making each bite of the ribs more rounded and layered in flavour. This addition of tea flavour breaks the one-dimensional taste of traditional BBQ, making the ribs even more enticing and memorable.

3. The perfect presentation of the festive atmosphere: Thanksgiving is a time for family reunion, and while traditional turkey is delicious, trying innovative dishes can bring more surprises to the holiday table. The Tea BBQ Ribs, with its distinctive flavour, will not only allow you to break with tradition, but will also be a hit with your family and friends.

Preparation Method:

Ingredients needed:

· One pork rib (choose the size according to the number of people)

· 2-3 tablespoons of black tea BBQ seasoning

· 1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter)

· 1-2 tablespoons salt

· 1-2 tablespoons black pepper

· 1/2 cup red wine or chicken broth (to keep meat moist while grilling)

Preparation Steps:

1. Prepare the ribs: clean the ribs and dry them with kitchen paper towels to make sure there is no moisture on the surface. Remove any excess sinew so that the ribs are more tender.

2. Seasoning preparation: In a bowl, add black tea BBQ seasoning, salt, black pepper, olive oil (or melted butter), mix well and spread evenly on both sides of the ribs.

3. Marinate: Place seasoned ribs in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For a more flavourful tea spice, marinate for 1 hour.

4. Roast: Place the ribs in a preheated 160°C (325°F) oven and roast for 1-1.5 hours, until the ribs are golden brown on top and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Brush with red wine or chicken stock halfway through to ensure the ribs are tender.

5. Resting and Cutting: After removing the ribs, let them rest for 5-10 minutes to distribute the meat juices more evenly. Then cut into appropriate pieces and prepare to serve.
